If you’ve not visited us before and are looking for suits for your wedding, this appointment is for you. You’ll have exclusive use of Cheshire Menswear and your own dedicated stylist to assist with fitting and style advice helping you to find the right look for your big day. We would recommend bringing your partner or any key decision makers to this appointment so styles and colours can be decided!
NOTE: only the Bride / Groom will try on suits at this appointment. Once you have chosen your suits with us and paid a deposit, you can then book in fitting appointments for the rest of your party.
Return appointment
60 MINS
This is a return appointment for those of you who have visited us before and are now ready to ‘Say Yes’ to their suits! You’ll have exclusive use of Cheshire Menswear again and your own dedicated stylist to assist with finalising the right look for your big day.
NOTE: only the Bride / Groom will try on suits at this appointment. Once you have chosen your suits with us and paid a deposit, you can then book in fitting appointments for the rest of your party.
Single Suit / Black Tie Appointment
1 HOUR
This appointment is for those looking to hire or buy a single suit from us, be it a tuxedo for that black tie event, a day at the races or an outfit for a wedding. Our hire range starts from £125 and to purchase from £350.
Suit fittings
Now you’ve chosen the suits, these appointments are for members of your party to be measured ready for the big day. Fitting appointments should only be scheduled for 6-10 weeks before your wedding.
For pageboys we recommend that fittings are done 4-6 weeks before your wedding.
NOTE; fittings can only be booked if you have paid a deposit with us and secured your date.

It all depends which suit you like and whether you would like to buy or hire. To give you a guide our hirewear starts from as little as £75 and to buy from £250. We have a large range of accessories, shoes and cigars to compliment your outfit / occasion!
Once you’ve popped the question and the planning process for your big day has begun, we recommend booking an appointment to visit our showroom with just your partner initially, well in advance of when you’ll need your suits. We suggest at least 6-9 months before your big day.
The reason why we recommend starting the suit shopping process far earlier than you may feel you need to is because choosing outfits for your whole wedding party can take longer than you think, especially when you’re trying to arrange suits for a big group! Your outfit choices will also impact other aspects of your wedding day and set other decisions in motion, plus once you know what you want you can build this into your wedding budget.
If you are hiring your suits, they will arrive in store roughly one week before your wedding date, meaning you have plenty of time to come and collect them and try them on one last time before the big day to make sure everything is spot on.
If you’re buying your suits we will discuss delivery options at the time you place your order and agree a preferred date. If you think your size or shape may change then we recommend waiting until nearer the time to order your suits, so we’ll take initial measurements when we first meet you and discuss the latest time we could have you back in before ordering your suits.
The main goal of your first visit is for you and your partner to decide on the right outfit for the big day. Choosing a specific suit & style can take some time and it’s good for couples to agree on colours and styles not just for the groom but also the extended wedding party. We will work with you until you’re in an outfit that you both love!
Once decided we will then book in your party for their fittings, be it individually or in a group, we don’t mind, whatever works best for you and your party. You don’t even need to be there if you don’t want! During each fitting we’ll dress your party in the outfits you have chosen, explain what is and isn’t included and show them how everything should look.
